Landing page builds, form delivery repair and conversion tracking across three client sites
Elementor landing pages across three sites for one returning client, with enquiry forms that actually deliver and Google Ads conversions that fire once, on real submissions only.

A returning client runs three separate businesses online and was spending on Google Ads against pages that either did not exist yet or could not prove a lead had happened. Over the course of the engagement we built the pages, fixed the forms behind them, and then fixed the tracking that was supposed to be measuring them.
Each page was built in Elementor on the client's existing site, from ChatGPT-generated mock-ups, without touching the theme or any other page:
Each carried an enquiry form delivering to a client-specified address, and conversion tracking wired to fire only on a genuine submission.
Landing pages fail in unglamorous ways, and most of this engagement was spent on those. Form email was disappearing because cPanel Email Routing was set to Local rather than Remote Mail Exchanger — mail was being delivered to a mailbox on the web server that nobody read. We corrected the routing and delivery resumed.
Submissions were also breaking under a collision between WP Rocket and the host's own page cache. We disabled the host layer so WP Rocket was the single cache, and retested with a live enquiry end to end. Separately, a Newfold .htaccess rule was skipping 404 handling for .html and .htm URLs, so legacy links never reached WordPress at all; removing those extensions from the rule restored them.
When we came to verify Google Ads conversions on the Diasporabuildsafe page, we found no Ads tag on the page at all — only the existing Google tag was loading, so nothing had ever been recorded. We added the Ads ID to the existing tag rather than loading a second gtag.js, then tested the conversion against every path that could produce a false positive: page load, submit click, failed validation and refresh. It fired exactly once, on a real submission, and not otherwise.
We then found the same fault on the Fastlane auction site and applied the same fix, and flagged that Fastlane was still running a retired Universal Analytics tag. Alongside this we added a GA4 generate_lead event on successful submission, FAQPage structured data generated from the page's own FAQ content, and SEO titles, slugs, redirects and mobile layout corrections.
The client confirmed each stage in his own words — "brilliant, its working perfectly now" and "Enquiry received and in good order" — released the milestones across all three sites, and left a review. All three properties ended the engagement properly wired.
Three businesses were running or preparing paid traffic to pages that had no reliable way to prove a lead. Beyond building the pages, enquiry emails were vanishing, caching layers were breaking submissions, legacy URLs were 404ing, and on two sites the Google Ads conversion tag was not present at all.
We built each landing page in Elementor on the existing site without touching the theme, wired forms to deliver to client-specified addresses, and fixed the infrastructure underneath: cPanel email routing, a WP Rocket/host cache collision, and a Newfold .htaccess 404 rule. We then added the Google Ads conversion tracking into the existing tag rather than a second loader, and tested it against page load, submit clicks, failed validation and refresh to confirm a single fire on genuine submissions only — applying the same fix on the second site and flagging a retired Universal Analytics tag.
All three sites ended with working pages, delivering forms and verified single-fire conversion tracking. The client confirmed each stage in writing, released the milestones across all three projects, and returned with further work.
