Refund Policy

1. Overview
At Sid Techno LLC, we strive to deliver exceptional quality in every project and service. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our development services and SaaS subscriptions.
2. Custom Development Services
Before project commencement: If you cancel before any work has begun, you are eligible for a full refund of any deposits paid.
During development: If you cancel during development, you will be charged for all work completed up to the cancellation date. Any remaining balance from deposits will be refunded.
After delivery: Once the final deliverables have been approved and delivered, no refunds will be issued. If there are issues with the delivered work that fall within the agreed scope, we will resolve them under our warranty terms at no additional cost.
3. SaaS Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial-month refunds are provided.
Annual subscriptions: Annual subscriptions may be canceled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued, but you may continue using the service until the end of the subscription period.
Free trials: If offered, free trial periods do not require payment. You will not be charged unless you explicitly subscribe after the trial ends.
4. Service Plan Subscriptions
For our Basic, Standard, and Business service plans: You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. If you are dissatisfied within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, contact us for a review of your case.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Third-party licenses, domains, hosting fees, or API costs purchased on your behalf
- Rush delivery fees or expedited service charges
- Completed and approved milestone deliverables
- Consultation fees for completed consultations
6. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us first at info@sidtechno.com. We are committed to resolving issues through direct communication. If we cannot reach a resolution, either party may initiate a formal dispute resolution process as outlined in our Terms of Service.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:
- Your name and email address
- Project or subscription details
- Reason for the refund request
- Any relevant documentation or correspondence
Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
8. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in suspension of services and additional administrative fees.
